Society Ledger ("we", "us") provides housing society accounting and management software for apartment associations and housing societies.

2. Services

We provide software for:

• Maintenance billing, demand generation, and collection tracking
• Accounting, ledger and financial reports for housing societies
• Member and resident management
• Complaint and communication management
• Notifications and reports through the communication channel selected by the society during onboarding

We do NOT provide gambling, betting, games of chance, or financial investment advice.

3. Accounts

Societies must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your admin login.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Fees are billed per society per month/year as shown on pricing page.
• All payments go directly to your society's bank account. We do not hold society funds.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as per Refund Policy.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our platform for illegal activities, gambling, betting, or spamming.

6. Data Privacy

We process data as per our Privacy Policy. Society data remains property of the society.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, logo (SL monogram), and content belong to Society Ledger.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts violating these terms.

10. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India, jurisdiction Hyderabad, Telangana.
